Dennis McEntire, general manager of Newnan Utilities, will be the speaker for our NuLink Early Bird Forum on May 12, 2015 at The Newnan Centre. Newnan Utilities is a municipal water and light utility with over a century-long history of providing outstanding service to the residents of Newnan and Coweta County. Dennis is responsible for the management of all organizational departments including electrical and water operations, public relations, finance and engineering.
Dennis has been
an active leader in the Newnan-Coweta community since moving with Georgia Power
to Newnan in 1986. He has served with numerous organizations, including service
as a past president of the Newnan Rotary Club, a member of the West Georgia
Technical College Board of Directors, a member of the Metropolitan North
Georgia Water Planning District Governing Board, and past chairman of the
Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG). He is also a past chairman of
the Newnan-Coweta Chamber and remains an active member of the Chamber today. He
currently serves as board chair of Communities In Schools of Coweta County and is
on several other boards, including the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and its
Board of Governors, as well as the Atlanta Regional Business Coalition.

Early Bird Forum will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at The
Newnan Centre at 1515 Lower Fayetteville Road. Registration is $20 for Chamber
